We were dismayed to discover a raccoon had torn into one of our foundation vents and decided we needed professional help. We got Tyler's name from the ODFW and contacted him. He was at our house within one day, set traps, and proceeded to take care of the problem (turned out to be 3 adults and 2 babies, which were hidden in our crawl space.) He came every day, gave us good information and we so appreciated his help. Not two days later, we saw more raccoons up a tree, and called him again: turned out to be a family of 6 and he took care of that in two days. (What, do they put out raccoon signs?) It was a stressful time for sure, never had critter problems other than the occasional mole or squirrel, and Tyler was careful, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. We feel bad to say: truly we hope we never see him again, but so grateful he was there and that we know where to find him again - we will surely recommend him to anyone we know with critter issues.
